What is Dry Needling?

Dry needling is a common technique used to help release myofascial tension, aka “Trigger Points.” This technique is very effective in aiding with chronic injuries that need deeper release. Common areas of pain treated with this technique are in the neck and shoulder, between the shoulders, hips, knees and forearm.

Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Technique

“Instrumental assisted soft tissue techniques” is how we describe our use of massage tools to reach deeper levels of tension release in troublesome areas. These tools, used in the right hands, can offer treatment that provides a level of pain release one cannot achieve with bare hands.
